FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. fruit salad (size 2 1/2), drained
2 c. pineapple, drained
24 marshmallows, cut in thirds or 1 c. (sm)
1 c. heavy whipping cream

3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
Pinch of salt

When above sauce is cooled, fold into stiffly beaten cream. Then fold in drained fruit and marshmallows. Put in salad dish and garnish with orange sections.
