SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 tsp. Tang
2 tsp. sugar
1 env. Knox gelatin
3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
4 oz. shredded carrots
1 rib celery, diced
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Mix first 3 ingredients. Add hot water and stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Stir in rest of ingredients. Divide evenly. 4 servings.
