RHUBARB PIE 
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, diced
3 eggs
1 1/3 to 2 c. sugar (depending on desired sweetness)
1/3 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour

Make single pie crust. Mix above ingredients well and pour into crust. Mix the following ingredients for topping and crumble on top of rhubarb mixture.

TOPPING:

2/3 stick softened butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
Chopped nuts

Bake pie at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until center is bubbly. Let cool. Serve and enjoy!
