SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
3 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained 1/2 stick butter (soft) 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs Mash sweet potatoes and mix with butter. Blend in remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle on topping. TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. flour 1/2 stick butter Mix and sprinkle on potatoes. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
