STUFFING WITH PORK 
1 loaf of bread
2 eggs
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 apple, peeled & chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 lb. sausage

In a large bowl break up whole loaf of bread. Add 4 tablespoons of water, mix with bread. Add 2 eggs and mix. Brown sausage, then add apples, onions, thyme, poultry seasoning and celery. Saute until tender. Add cooked ingredients to bread mixture. Mix well. Put stuffing in roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
