GLAZED PECANS 
4 c. pecans, halves
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg white, fold in sugar. Add pecans. Stir until all pecans are coated. Melt butter in 325 degree oven in 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Add cooled pecans. Place in oven, stir every 10 minutes for 45 minutes or until all batter has been absorbed. Refrigerate overnight.
