CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. sifted flour

In saucepan melt butter in 1 cup boiling water. Add flour and salt at once and stir. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball. Cool above for 10 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time; mix until smooth. Drop by heaping tablespoons 3-inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; split when cool. Makes about 10 puffs.

FILLING:

2 pkgs. vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Make pudding using 1 1/2 cups milk; cool pudding. Whip 1/2 pint heavy cream and mix with pudding. Fill puffs with cream and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
