GOLDEN FOX POPOVERS | |
12 eggs 3 1/2 oz. vanilla extract 1 tsp. salt 3 1/2 c. all purpose flour 3 1/4 c. half and half Place liquid ingredients in a 5 quart bowl and slowly add dry ingredients while blending with a wire whisk. Blend until batter has small flour lumps. Pour batter into greased muffin tins. Fill every other muffin cup until 3/4 full. Place in middle rack of oven at 300 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Do not open oven during rising process. Turn oven off and let muffins sit in the hot oven for 20 minutes. If oven has a vent, open vent at this time. |
