SCALLOPED POTATOES 
32 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
Shredded cheese

Spread frozen potatoes in greased baking dish (one large or two small). Mix sour cream and soups. Pour over potatoes in casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Then sprinkle on shredded cheese and bake again for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle on a little paprika if desired.
