CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. Zwieback
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Roll Zwieback into crumbs. Add butter and sugar. Place in bottom of buttered pan (use springform pan.)

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks, beaten
4 egg whites, beaten
1 c. cream

Cream cup of sugar and cheese and egg yolks until soft. Sift flour and salt and mix with cheese mixture. Blend well. Add cream and vanilla. Fold in beaten egg whites and pour over Zwieback. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
