ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. heated milk
1 slice white bread, soak in milk, when softened mix with fork
1 lb. ground pork and beef combination
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. dry parsley
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients; shape meatballs. Bake on cookie sheet at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes. Do not overbake. Drop into prepared spaghetti sauce. May be frozen for future use.
