1 med. zucchini
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
Pepper, black
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese.

Melt butter in 12 inch fry pan. Slice zucchini and onion thinly. Place a small amount pepper, onion and zucchini in fry pan on medium heat. Saute until soft, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cover. Serve when cheese melts. Serves 4 as a side dish.
