MINESTRONE SOUP 
4 c. water
1 lb. beef cubes
1 qt. tomato juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced onion
5 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. kidney beans (or 15 oz. canned)
1 c. frozen lima beans
Dash of pepper
3 beef bouillon cubes

Cook above to boiling, cook 45 minutes. Stir in 1 1/4 cup uncooked tubettini; boil 10-12 minutes or until tubettini is tender. Freeze unused portions.
