CHICKEN CASSEROLE #2 
2 eggs
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
4 c. broth
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
4 c. Hi-Ho crackers, crushed (reserve 1 c. for topping)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup

Cook chicken and remove from bones. Mix together all ingredients except 1 cup of cracker crumbs.

Spread in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
