FRENCH CREAM FROSTING 
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil flour and milk; cool. Cream sugar, butter and vanilla. Bring flour and milk to a boil, slowly stir. Let stand until cool. Add creamed mixture, beat about 10 minutes. Refrigerate cake after icing chocolate or white cake.
