TERIYAKI STEAK | |
1 flank steak, 1 1/2 lbs. 1/2 c. rice vinegar 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce 1/2 tsp. oil 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed Wipe steak with damp paper towel and put in bowl. Combine ingredients. Marinate for 24 to 48 hours. Barbecue or broil meat 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Slice thin and diagonally. |
