CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, chunked
1 (10 oz.) broccoli pieces, cooked & drained
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of pepper

In a large pan cook onions and butter until done. Add milk, cream cheese and Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted over medium heat. Next add cooked and drained broccoli and nutmeg and pepper. Heat through. Enjoy!
