CREAMY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. broccoli or 1 med. head cauliflower, separated into florets
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. firm butter

Cook broccoli until tender-crisp. Drain. Place broccoli in ungreased casserole. Mix soup and milk; cover broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix baking mix and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake until crumbs are light brown, 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
