STUFFED FRENCH TOAST | |
Prepare the night before. 1 dozen eggs 2 c. milk 8-12 slices bread (a heavy type) 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1/3 c. maple syrup Combine eggs, milk, syrup and mix well. Cube bread and cream cheese and put in a 9"x13" size pan. Cover with mixed ingredients and refrigerate overnight. The next morning bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour syrup on top after serving. OPTIONAL: To your taste you can add vanilla, cinnamon, blueberries, bacon, sausage to the recipe. |
