STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
Remove crust from 8 slices of bread and cut into 1" cubes. Place half of the bread cubes in a 9"x13" baking dish (greased). Add 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, cut up into bread, cover with remainder of bread.

Beat 1 dozen eggs with 2 cups milk and 1/2 cup maple syrup, pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
