STUFFED PEPPERS 
8 med. size peppers
2 onions, chopped
1 sm. can tomatoes
2 c. oatmeal
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cooked chopped ham
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop 2 peppers. Combine with remaining ingredients. Cut tops off remaining peppers. Clean, scald and stuff with filling. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
