PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 c. crushed pretzels 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 2 tsp. cornstarch Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and melted butter; press into 8" or 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool. Cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust. Drain pineapple. Mix juice and cornstarch and cook until thickened. Stir in crushed pineapple. Cool. Pour over cheese layer. Chill. |
