SPINACH MADELINE 
2 boxes frozen spinach
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. spinach juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
6 oz. roll jalapeno pepper cheese

Cook spinach, drain and save liquid. Melt butter, add flour and stir until thick. Add onion and liquid, stirring to avoid lumps. Keep stirring and add seasonings and cheese, cut into sm. pieces. Stir until melted.

Combine with cooked spinach. Place in 9x13 inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and heat to serve. Serves 6 or 8.
