TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 pieces turkey tenderloin
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 can water
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
4 oz. shredded Cheddar
1 c. instant rice

Grease the bottom of a casserole dish. Put 1 cup of rice on the bottom of dish. (I have found that UNCLE BEN'S® instant rice is the best to use.) Place turkey tenderloin on top of rice. Then mix your soup, sour cream and water; pour this over the turkey. Over this sprinkle your cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. (This is also good with chicken!)
