DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese, lukewarm
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant dry minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 c. (approx.) flour

Soften yeast in warm water. Combine in mixing bowl the lukewarm cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and unbeaten egg. Mix well. Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Use mixer on medium speed for first addition of flour. Cover and place in warm place until light and doubled in size.

Stir down and place dough in well greased 8 inch round casserole. Let rise in warm place until light, approximately 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
