VEGETABLE HOT DISH 
2 (20 oz.) pkgs. frozen California blend vegetables
10 slices American cheese
5 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 stick melted butter

Put frozen vegetables in 9"x13" pan. Pour milk over vegetables. Lay Swiss cheese slices down center, then 5 slices American cheese on each side. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
