BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. cut or chopped broccoli
1 (#2) can cream style corn
2 eggs
1 slice white bread, cubed sm.
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 c. corn flakes, crushed

Prepare in low dish or casserole (a 9x9x2 inch is perfect.)

Thaw broccoli or steam enough to thaw. Combine with corn, bread cubes, 3/4 cup butter and eggs. Cover with corn flakes which have been mixed with the 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 4-6.

Note: May substitute cream corn for cream mushroom soup and add small can of peas.
