PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. brown sugar
6 onion slices
6 green pepper rings
1 tbsp. Accent

Trim fat off chops, melt fat in skillet. Brown chops in own fat. Place in a casserole. Mix salt, Accent, spaghetti sauce mix, tomatoes and brown sugar. Pour over chops. Place a slice of onion and a green pepper slice on each chop. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 6 servings.
