CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 or 8 chicken breasts
1 carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter (to mix with cracker crumbs)
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook chicken, tear into small pieces. Layer large casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup together well. Pour mixture over chicken. Top with cracker crumbs which have been mixed with butter and poppy seed. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
