CHEESE AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cubed potato
1 qt. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 cubes bouillon
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can evaporated milk

Boil everything except cheese and milk, until tender. Cube cheese and add to mixture along with milk. Leave on a very low setting until cheese melts.
