CELERY AND MUSHROOM 
Celery
Mushroom
Bouillo n cube
Butter
Lemon juice
1/2 c. burgundy

Cut celery on an angle at 2 inch long. Alternate celery and mushrooms. Crumble bouillon cube over mixture and sprinkle small amount of lemon juice over it. Dot of butter. Pour burgundy over all and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
