BURRITOS 
4 pkg. sm. flour tortillas
2 pkg. burrito seasoning
2 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can refried beans
1 can pitted black olives, sliced
1 sm. container sour cream
1 sm. jar jalapeno or reg. Cheez Whiz
2 lg. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Lots of aluminum foil

In a large pan brown ground chuck and onions. Drain off grease. Add seasoning. Add the refried beans and sliced black olives. Mix thoroughly and let cool.

Prepare tortillas by microwaving for 1 minute on high power. (This helps them fold easier.) Do 1 package at a time. Lay the tortillas on the table and spread with a strip of Cheez Whiz down the center. Next put on a strip of sour cream on top, followed by meat and bean mixture. Finally add the shredded cheddar cheese. Bring the ends of the tortillas on either side of the ingredients up and fold over. Wrap in foil and freeze.

To serve, heat in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Can be unthawed and then microwaved for about 1-1 1/2 minutes on bake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
