CHICKEN CRUNCH 
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1/4 c. cashews
1 can chow mein noodles

Put 1/2 of chicken mixture in each dish, sprinkle with half of cashews and noodles. Add rest of chicken and top with cashews and noodles.
