CHICKEN WITH CREAM OF MUSHROOM 
8 pieces chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
3/4 stick butter

Brown chicken in 400 degree oven with butter, garlic, salt and pepper to your taste for 25-30 minutes. Put soup and water in saucepan. Add 1/4 stick of butter and stir over medium heat for 15 minutes. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Place back in oven and let cook 40 more minutes. When soup thickens, chicken is ready to eat. Rice is great serving with this dish or mashed potatoes.
