BUTTER COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. can evaporated milk

BUTTER & NUT MIXTURE:

1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in rest of ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder and evaporated milk. Pour 1/2 of batter in angel food pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar and nut mixture over batter in pan. Pour in rest of batter. Sprinkle rest of sugar and nut mixture on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
