1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cold coffee
1 1/2 c. sifted flour (cake)
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix shortening and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients alternately with coffee. Beat thoroughly. Pour into greased 8 inch ring mold. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
