FOUR SEASONS PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs, unbeaten
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Raisins (opt.)

Sift dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, water, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Freezes well. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
