SPINACH QUICHE (JEWISH DISH) 
1 baked pie crust
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
Paprika (1 pinch)
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tbsp. salt
1 c. cream
1/4 tbsp. cheese slivered (Swiss or Mozzarella)
1 box of spinach (or substitute your favorite vegetable)

Brown chopped onion in butter. Pour into mixing bowl. Add flour, eggs, paprika, salt, cream and blend well, mix in the cheese and pour on the spinach already in the pie crust. Bake for 20 minutes or until firm at 350 degrees.
