SPINACH RICE HOT DISH 
3/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
1 can mushrooms, drained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Saute onions in butter. Add mustard, salt, hot water and spinach. Bring to boil until spinach is thawed. Mix well.

In crock pot mix hot water and UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice on high setting. Add drained mushrooms and spinach mixture. Cook 3 to 4 hours. Stir in cream cheese 15 minutes before serving.
