TANDY CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Grease and flour jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Immediately after removing from oven, spread top with 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter. In separate pan, melt bag of chocolate chips and spread over cooled cake. Place in refrigerator until chocolate sets.
