TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger (lean is best)
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. raw carrot, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. bag tater tots

Mix hamburger and onion. Flatten out in a 9x13" pan. Spread carrot over meat. Pour undiluted soups over top. Top with frozen tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
