POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 white cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot tap water
1 instant lemon or pistachio pudding mix

GLAZE (OPTIONAL)
Powdered sugar
Water
A dash of lemon juice

Mix all of the above until well blended. Pour into greased loaf pans (2 small 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2). Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
