FRIED RICE ALMONDINE | |
6 tbsp. oil 1 c. blanched almonds (split lengthwise) 2 sm. or 1 lg. chopped onion 1 green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 c. cooked, drained, chilled rice 4 tbsp. soy sauce Measure oil in skillet. Cook almonds until lightly browned. Stir in onion, green pepper, garlic salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Add rice and soy sauce. Mix well and cook 10 minutes or until heated. |
