SWEET POTATO PIE 
2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. of half and half milk
2 tbsp. flour

Peel and slice sweet potato, cover with water and boil until potatoes are tender, drain. Add butter and sugar, cream until no lumps, stir in flour, vanilla, milk and eggs. Mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until firm. Makes 2 pies. I use half and half milk but any milk can be used.
