MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles (mild)
2 cans cream of chicken
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
taco seasoning
shredded cheese

Butter bottom of dish with butter. Tear flour tortilla up and put on the bottom of dish. Spread refried beans on tortillas. Brown meat and mix with taco seasoning (package). Put meat on top of bean layer. Take cream of chicken, mix with Ro-Tel. Pour over meat. Put shredded cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for about 1/2 hour.
