CRANBERRY - APPLE KUGEL 
CRUST:

3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. brown sugar

Put 1/2 mixture in greased 8 x 8 inch pyrex.

10 apples - peeled, cored and cut up (Cortland apples). Spread apples on crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on apples. Spread 1 can whole cranberries over apples. Cover with crumbly mixture. Bake at 350-450 degrees. Serve hot or cold as side dish.
