HOMEMADE MUSTARD 
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. dry mustard
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix vinegar and mustard together and let stand overnight. Next morning, mix eggs, sugar, and salt; add to mustard mixture. Boil all together until thick. Cool and put into jars and refrigerate.
