EGG NOODLES 
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 egg shells of water
Bowl of flour

Put flour in bowl. Make hole in middle. Add 2 eggs and tsp. salt. Work in egg and 2 egg shells of water. (This will use only flour it needs.) When mixed, roll out thin and cut in 1/4 inch strips. May be dried or used at once.
