SAUSAGE PINWHEELS 
4 c. homemade Crisco quick bread mix
1 c. milk
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
Grated Parmesan cheese

Put Crisco mix into a bowl, make a well in center, and pour milk. Mix lightly with a spoon to soft dough. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 1 minute.

Divide dough in half. Roll one half into a 12 inch square. Spread with one half of sausage. Roll up as for a jelly roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Repeat with remaining dough and sausage. Chill rolls several hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut rolls into 1/3 inch slices. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
