SPICY PECANS | |
1 egg white, beaten 1 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. sugar dash of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves 2 c. pecans Beat 1 egg white until frothy with 1 tablespoon water. Melt butter in pan; stir a lot. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Put pecans in egg white and coat well, then put them into sugar and spices; cover well. Place in pan with butter and bake at 250°F until done. |
